What makes perfume long-lasting?

Perfume longevity depends on a several factors: quality of essential oils, quality of used alcohol (special alcohol used by perfumers is required, free from additional scent notes which have adverse effect on the composition), refining process (maceration, filtration and freezing), as well as the cap and atomizer (they have to be tight and fit perfectly, no air can penetrate inside; they have to be made of appropriate material which does not interact with the perfume).

How to choose perfume?

  • Choose the type of perfume or scent notes you like.
  • Open the sample and apply a bit on your skin or a test strip.
  • Let it unfold. Experience the richness of ingredients.

  • First minutes account for a delicate and vibrating head note.

  • Seconds later, the heart note appears.

  • Finally, we come to appreciate the base note.

  • Remember that you do not have to limit yourself to one type of scent

  • Choose a few different perfumes for different occasions.

I'm allergic to most perfumes. Will I be allergic to yours?

Sorry to hear about this. You are probably allergic to the synthetic ingredients in commercial perfumes. 

We recommend you carefully try a natural perfume to see if it has the same reaction.

Start with a small patch test on your skin, or dabbing the scent on a tissue to smell.  

What is your exchange and return policy?

Each order purchased directly from our store comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you would like to exchange or return your product, please contact info@animavinci.com . 

We will provide you with a complimentary return label and detailed instructions on how to process the exchange or return.

Important: Items purchased from a third party cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the third party directly for an exchange or return.

My tracking information says that my order was delivered.
How is that possible?

Sometimes your tracking information will be updated if the shipment is out for delivery in your area. If you see that the tracking status reads as "delivered", but you haven't received it, be sure to check WITH your with your neighbours or other members of your household. The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, send us a note at info@animavinci.com and we'll be happy to help.

How do I know my order has been shipped?

You should receive an email confirmation once the order ships from our warehouse. Domestic orders should include tracking information, including the tracking URL for you to easily reference. International orders will only have tracking information if you opted for Tracked & Signed Shipping. You may also reach out to info@animavinci.com for more questions regarding the status of your order.

How soon before you ship my order?

After you place an order with us, please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your order. 

Keep in mind that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship & we will work hard to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.

*Due to the current high volume of orders and COVID-19, we are facing shipment delays from our shipment providers. But we still do our best to ensure your product reaches you! 

Are duties or custom fees included in the sales price?

No. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees will be assessed to the customer by their home country upon the order arriving and must be paid separately to receive your order. If you have any questions regarding this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to info@animavinci.com

Do you ship to international countries?

Yes, we do ship to international countries. We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 different continents and many different countries.
